  • Track Your Order
    As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a shipping notification with your tracking number. Easily track your order in real time. For any questions, please reach out to us.
  • Returning a Product
    If you want to return an unopened product, please include your 6-digit order number and contact information in your parcel, and send it to the address provided. Please note that the return shipping cost is not covered by us. We do not accept returns for opened products, even if your dog does not like the food. If you have a subscription, you will receive a reminder email three days before your order is dispatched. If you decide you don't want the order, please move it back to a later date within your subscription account, or contact our customer service team for assistance. If you don't take any action and we have to return the order to our warehouse, a fee of £4.99 will be charged for the return..
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Once we receive the items you've returned, we will process your refund and send you an email notification. The refund may take 5-10 working days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
